Concert at VOA museum

Guests enjoyed an evening of jazz and big band music at “VOA Museum by Moonlight,” the “friendraiser” for the National Voice of America Museum of Broadcasting.

Attendees gathered under a tent outside the 1940s-era Art Deco building that once housed the VOA-Bethany station. They toured museum exhibits, enjoyed drinks and hors d’oeuvres and listened to the music of Carmon DeLeone and his New Studio Big Band, with guest artist Mike Reid.

Presenting sponsor was the Carol Ann & Ralph V. Haile Jr./U.S. Bank Foundation, with additional support from Alice Sparks and Dee Dee and Gary West.
