Cincinnati Chamber presents WE Lead Class 11

We LeadThe Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber is beginning its second decade of WE Lead by announcing its 11th class.

The flagship leadership development program of Women Excel, WE Lead is a 10-month program for women in mid- to upper-level management, as well as business owners and top leaders looking to develop skills to achieve results for themselves, their organizations and their communities.

More than 550 women have graduated from WE Lead since its inception.

“The lessons learned and connections made through WE Lead reverberate throughout the Cincinnati USA region as graduates of the program use what they have learned and experienced to positively lead and affect change within their organizations and the larger community,” said Tamara Lang, manager of WE.

Fifty-six women, representing 54 Greater Cincinnati businesses, have been selected for WE Lead Class 11. The 2016-2017 class represents a cross-section of the Cincinnati regional community in terms of organizations, industries and backgrounds.
