The Cris Collinsworth Proscan Fund is celebrating the success of its recent fundraiser, the 15th annual Pink Ribbon Luncheon presented by the Harold C. Schott Foundation.

Nearly 1,600 survivors, patients battling breast cancer and supporters of Pink Ribbon programs filled Duke Energy Convention Center. Singer/actress Kellie Pickler provided entertainment, and Dr. Stephen J. Pomeranz gave an educational talk, “Knock Out Facts About Breast Cancer.”

The event also honored “America’s Got Talent” semifinalist Calysta “Caly” Bevier with the Power of Pink Award, and she discussed her battle with ovarian cancer.

Cris Collinsworth, with Bevier’s help, emceed the live auction. Marvin and Elaine Rosenberg were honorary chairs. All proceeds from the event support Pink Ribbon Programs.
