VonLehman volunteers helped clean up ducks from the Rubber Duck Regatta.

Nearly 130 professionals from three VonLehman offices in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana spent an  August day supporting six nonprofit organizations with manual and intellectual labor.

The volunteers contributed more than 1,000 hours as the entire firm took a day off to work at FreeStore FoodBank, AJ Jolly Park, Ronald McDonald House, Gleaners Food Bank, Diocesan Catholic Children’s Home and Redwood.

“Corporate citizenship and philanthropy are core values at VonLehman. All of us were out there making a difference in our communities,” sa Brian Malthouse, president of VonLehman.

This was the second VL Cares Make a Difference Day.
