St. Vincent de Paul is distributing 200 fans today to those in need as part of its Summer Fan and Air Conditioner Drive. Recipients need to provide a photo ID and fill out a waiver. Families are eligible to receive one fan every two years.

For high-risk individuals, fans and cooling units can save lives. Children with asthma, the elderly with respiratory issues, and people with chronic illness all benefit.

New fans and air conditioners can be donated at any St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store. Cash donations can be made at any local Huntington Bank location, at SVDPcincinnati.org or by calling 513-853-1011.
