HealthPath Foundation invests $134,900 in area projects

The HealthPath Foundation of Ohio recently awarded a combined $134,900 in grants to nine area organizations to address factors related to teen dating violence, child abuse, bullying and other forms of family violence.

These grants are part of HPF-Ohio’s Community Connections initiative, which awarded 36 grants this year, totaling more than $538,465 to be used over a two-year period, to nonprofit organizations across the state.

Cincinnati grantees include: Abuse & Rape Crisis Shelter of Warren County; Asian Community Alliance; Clermont County ADAMHS Board; Council on Child Abuse of Southern Ohio, Inc.; Healthy Visions; ProKids; Santa Maria Community Services; Young Women’s Christian Association; YWCA of Greater Cincinnati Inc.

Since the Community Connections program began in 2011, HPF-Ohio has awarded more than $1.2 million through 141 grants to organizations throughout Ohio.
