Moveable Feast raises $123,000 for CCM

More than 740 guests enjoyed this year’s Moveable Feast fundraiser for the College Conservatory of Music. The Jan. 22 event at the CCM Village raised $123,000 toward student scholarships, student travel and community engagement for at-risk schoolchildren. Attendees were treated to performances and tours throughout the evening.

Susan and John Tew chaired the event. Sponsors included the Otto M. Budig Family Foundation; Jeff Thomas Catering; PNC Bank; Trish and Rick Bryan; Keating, Muething & Klekamp; and Rhonda and Larry Sheakley.

Musical theater seniors to perform

The Friends of CCM, now known as CCMpower, will showcase musical theater stars of tomorrow during “Not Famous Yet.” The 24th edition of this annual event will feature members of the Class of 2016 before they make their New York City debut.

The evening will include a patron reception and dinner by the bite, as well as the performance.

Tickets are $100 for all activities or $75 for the performance and dinner ($50 for CCMpower members). Young professionals and CCM alumni may enjoy the show and dinner for $35.
