Heart Mini pulses through downtown

Saturday, March 12; Duke Energy Convention Center

Sunday, March 13; Fountain Square, downtown Cincinnati

The American Heart Association’s Heart Mini has been a favorite for 39 years, and it’s still going strong. Cincinnati’s largest single-day fundraiser steps off March 13, with a 15K presented by Mercy Health. Each year close to 25,000 runners or walkers come together to help raise funds to fight heart disease and stroke.

If the 15K is not for you, there are runs and walks planned for all ages and skill levels, from a 2K Kids Race to a 5-mile Heart Walk.

Runs and walk fees range from $20-$60, depending on the event. Register through this link.

The Saturday before the Mini, Duke Energy Convention Center will be packed for the annual Health & Fitness Expo. The day includes demonstrations, classes, a Zumbathon, a Kids Fun Run and more.
