George H. Vincent has joined the Governing Board of the Greater Cincinnati Foundation. Vincent is managing partner and chair of Dinsmore & Shohl. He serves on numerous nonprofit boards.

Joining the board of the YWCA Greater Cincinnati are Helen A. Buford, president and chief operating officer of Denneen & Co.; Anne Mulder, group vice president, associate relations, Macy’s; and De Asa Nichols, manager of supplier diversity, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.

Dena Cranley and Deren Worrell have been named to the leadership council of the Women’s Fund of the Greater Cincinnati Foundation. Cranley chairs Cincinnati’s First Ladies For Health, a coalition that promotes healthier living and works to combat infant mortality and close healthcare disparities. She serves on the board of the Ohio Innocence Project and chairs the Amman Sister City Committee. Worrell, an attorney, is vice president of Trust Services & Trust Counsel at Johnson Trust Co. She is a board member of the Women’s Crisis Center and is a member of GCF’s Foundation Advisory Network, a volunteer committee assisting with professional adviser outreach.

Brendon J. Cull is new senior vice president and chief operating officer of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber. Cull, former senior director of government relations and regulatory affairs at the Kroger Co., will oversee operations and strategic initiatives aimed at increasing the region’s economic prosperity. He will report directly to Chamber CEO Jill Meyer.

The Life Learning Center has appointed Larry Mock as president. Mock previously was head of school at Mount Notre Dame and is a former worldwide vice president for Procter & Gamble. The center is a nonprofit founded by William Butler to provide at-risk adults with the tools, accountability and support they need to achieve lasting success.

The Greater Cincinnati Foundation has chosen Dora Anim as its first chief operating officer. Previously, Anim was senior vice president, programs and services, of the Health Collaborative. She serves on the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber’s Executive Advisory Board for Women’s Programs and is a board member at the Springer School and Center.
