High school juniors have the opportunity to participate in the annual Students of Integrity Scholarship program.
Each applicant must write an essay addressing an ethical dilemma proposed by BBB (Better Business Bureau). In the scenario for the essay, the marketing director for a nonprofit discovers its public relations firm has exaggerated the nonprofit’s impact. Using guidelines established by the BBB’s Center for Ethics, the applicant must discuss how the marketing director might address the situation.
As many as four $1,000 college scholarships will be awarded. The application deadline is 4:30 p.m. May 20.
