A sea of tie dye, peace signs and disco balls greeted more than 500 groovy partygoers as they entered the Horseshoe Casino ballroom to celebrate Light Up the Night’s 10-year anniversary, the benefit for Women Helping Women was themed “A Decade of Peace, Love & Understanding,” and was presented by Marilyn J. Scripps.
Dinner by the bite and desserts were served up by 15 of Cincinnati’s finest restaurants, along with a signature cocktail (“Strawberry Fields Forever”) created by mixologist Molly Wellmann.
Guests bid on one-of-a-kind items, art, jewelry and trips during the silent auction. Eden Park Band kept the crowd boogying all evening – the first time LUTN has featured live music.
