Are you a writer looking to showcase your literary work while promoting writing and literacy in the community?
The Library Foundation is looking for its next writer-in-residence. This program offers a chance for a local full- or part-time writer to promote his or her work by conducting workshops, speaking at community events, hosting a podcast, writing a blog and participating in promotions for the Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County. Serving from October 2016 through September 2017, the writer-in-residence will receive a $10,000 stipend.
The program is made possible through the support of Naomi Tucker Gerwin. Applications are being accepted online through July 15.
