Skirball showcases recent acquisitions

The Cincinnati Skirball Museum on the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion showed recent gifts and acquisitions at a May 9 open house. Guests viewed pieces of art from the B’nai B’rith Klutznick Collection, including examples of antique and contemporary Judaica; 12 prints by Israel’s painter laureate, Reuven Rubin; paintings by Jewish modern masters;stained glass created by David Holleman; and important portraiture related to Cincinnati’s Jewish history.
