Two businesses were singled out for funding at the 2016 Launch Graduation for Bad Girls Ventures. The event took place June 15 at New Riff Distillery in Newport.
BGV awarded $25,000 to Wedding Bags, creators of personalized bridesmaid and bachelorette party gifts, and $12,500 to Grainwell, which designs and creates wood-centric decor.
