Susie Lovatt Bortz and Neil Bortz of Towne Properties hosted an event to celebrate Prospect House, a residential drug and alcohol treatment center for men with no resources. More than 200 guests enjoyed music and supper by the bite.

Prospect House has launched a $2.25 million capital campaign to renovate its 100-year-old campus and initiate a family program to help end the cycle of addiction. The Bortzes  are co-chairs, along with Dr. David Barron and Rebecca Barron. Susie Bortz’s father, John Lovatt, founded Prospect House in 1970. The Barrons donated $1 million to kick off the campaign last fall.

The event took place May 15 at the newly renovated Monastery Event Center.
