Brisben Foundation grants at heart of annual gala

The Patty Brisben Foundation for Women’s Sexual Health is finalizing plans for its 11th annual gala.

This year’s theme is “Cirque du Santé,’” celebrating the Circle of Health that connects women everywhere to happier, more satisfying lives. Guests will enjoy an evening of fun under the stars, with delectable bites, fine wine and cocktails, music, dancing and Cirque-inspired live performances

Honorary hosts for the glamorous gala under the stars are Patty Brisben, Dr. Sarah Bartlett, Jessica and Chris Cicchinelli, Dr. Janelle M. Evans, Paula and David Heidrich, Dr. Susan Oakley, Emily Pan-Veith and Brian Veith, and Aimee and Adam Wulfeck.

.The event helps fund educational programs led by the foundation and has helped raise more than $3.5 million in funding for sexual health and well-being research projects and educational initiatives.

Grants totaling $250,000 in grants will be awarded. Recipients are Cancer Family Care, University of Kentucky Research Foundation, Massachusetts General Hospital, Oregon Health & Science University, Topsy Foundation and Wright State University.

Tickets for the gala are $200.
