Two nonprofits – People Working Cooperatively and Stepping Stones – were honored at the 16th annual BBB Torch Awards for Marketplace Ethics.

BBB Center for Ethics hosted the event. Under its new mission “to provide ethics education, direction and recognition to employers and employees of today and tomorrow,” it highlighted the dedication and passion the honorees display in their work.

In the business category, Schneller Plumbing Heating & Air and Staley Transformations were winners. ProMaster Home Repair & Handyman of Cincinnati and The GutterShutter Companies also were recognized.
