Fiesta brings in donations for Dress for Success

More than 80 supporters of Dress for Success took part in a Fiesta party hosted by board member Kelly Hollatz. Its purpose was to collect clothing donations and raise funds while also raising awareness of the organization.

Guests sampled bites by The Farm Girl Chef, Tricia Houston; sipped fall-flavored sangria made with One Hope wines; and listened to music by Joel Greenberg. And what fiesta is complete without a piñata?

Much of the money raised came from the sale of entries to pick from a piñata filled with gift cards.

Non-monetary donations included clothing, handbags, shoes and accessories for use in the Dress for Success suiting center and the organization’s two retail stores. In addition, Dress for Success received nearly $3,000 in monetary gifts.
