The Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra and Cincinnati Pops have unveiled the schedule for the return of their free digital concert series, Live from Music Hall.
The 2024-25 season lineup features six full-length, full-orchestra concerts, beginning Nov. 17. Each show will stream through the CSO’s YouTube channel.
The complete schedule is below.
“We’re excited to unveil the fifth season of our “Live from Music Hall” digital concert series,” said Jonathan Martin, CSO’s president and CEO. He said the continuation of the series reflects the orchestra’s mission to “seek and share inspiration” as it enters its 130th season.
The orchestra created the digital series during the COVID-19 pandemic as a way to connect with audiences while in-person shows were either canceled or extremely limited. Since then, the livestreams have surpassed 2 million views from music fans across the globe.
As has been the case in the past, most concerts will be free to the public for seven days after each digital premiere. Subscribers and donors receive extended access via the CSO and Pops On Demand portal. After that, the organization will release, select excerpts from each livestream as digital singles, available to watch for free on the orchestra’s website and social media channels.
“As a proud ambassador of Cincinnati, our goal is to bring inspiring performances to our local community and a global audience through engaging and accessible formats,” Martin said.
