Cincinnati Coffee Festival returns to raise funds for Ohio River Foundation

Over-the-Rhine will soon buzz with activity as the region’s top roasters, coffee shops and baristas gather to bring the Queen City its largest coffee event of the season.

The seventh annual Cincinnati Coffee Festival will take place Saturday, Oct. 26 and Sunday, Oct. 27 inside Music Hall Ballroom. It’ll feature a variety of local and regional coffee roasters, such as local favorites Deeper Roots, Viva Coffee Roasters, Sappho and Her Beans, Seven Hills and La Terza. Other vendors include tea shops, specialty bakers, chocolatiers, crafters, artisans, and more.

Attendees will be able to enjoy free food and beverage tastings as well as live music, equipment demos and other industry-related education experiences. Featured events include the Latte Art Throwdown and Latte Art in Action, where attendees can watch a master barista create latte art and learn how to pour their own.

The Cincinnati Coffee Festival is open to the public but admission requires a ticket. The event will again use timed entry to help manage crowd sizes. A limited number of tickets will be sold for each entry time.

Weekend, prime time and off-hour tickets are available for purchase. Details are available on the organization’s website.

Cincinnati Coffee Festival is a major fundraiser for Ohio River Foundation, a local nonprofit dedicated to protecting and improving the water quality and ecology of the river and its watershed. ORF also produces the event.
