Aviatra Accelerators has opened applications for its 2025 MOMENTUM program, a 12-week business education course aimed at helping women entrepreneurs scale sustainable, profitable businesses.
The nonprofit – which supports women business owners across Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky and Dayton – designed the in-person program for entrepreneurs who have been in business for at least one year and generate more than $50,000 in revenue. Sessions will begin June 4 at the Aviatra Incubator in Covington and run every Wednesday evening through August.
Applications are due by May 30.
“Momentum empowers women entrepreneurs to strengthen their business foundations and grow with confidence,” said Jill Morenz, president and CEO of Aviatra Accelerators. “Expert-led sessions give participants actionable insights across four pillars — Business Foundations, Finances, Customers and Growth.”

Topics will include sales, marketing, funding, planning and messaging. Each participant will have a SCORE mentor to help them develop a detailed three-year business and funding strategy. The program concludes with a Flight Night pitch competition on Sept. 4.
Alumni of the program include several prominent local business owners, such as Melanie Cedargren of The Spicy Olive, Mavis Linneman of Delish Dish and Michele Hobbs of Pet Wants.
The registration fee for the program is $995. Two full scholarships are available: one for a participant with financial need, funded by Aviatra alum Lisa Woodruff, CEO of Organize 365; and another, sponsored by law firm Wood, Herron & Evans, for a business with intellectual property eligible for protection.
