YWCA Greater Cincinnati is accepting nominations for its 2026 Career Women of Achievement awards, which honor women for leadership, vision and professional success.
Each year, 10 honorees are celebrated at the YWCA Career Women of Achievement Luncheon, the organization’s largest fundraising event. Since the program began in 1980, nearly 400 women have been recognized.
Nominees must be women working in a paid career in Greater Cincinnati or Northern Kentucky for at least one year, demonstrate exemplary career achievements, show strong leadership and serve as role models in the workplace. Community contributions are considered, but career success is the primary factor. Current YWCA board members aren’t eligible.
Applications must be typed and limited to one per nominee, though multiple endorsers are allowed. Self-nominations are accepted with an endorsement. No additional materials, such as letters of recommendation, will be considered.
Nominations are due Nov. 7. More information and submission details are available at ywcacincinnati.org/careerwomen.
This year’s honorees will receive their recognition during a luncheon on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati. All proceeds support YWCA programs that work to eliminate racism and empower women.
