The Pro Bono Partnership of Ohio – a local nonprofit that provides free legal services to other nonprofits – is honoring a group of attorneys, firms and companies whose work is strengthening the work of organizations across the region.
PBPO connects volunteer lawyers from corporations and law firms with social service agencies and other organizations, providing business and transactional legal support at no cost. The work helps organizations across Cincinnati and Dayton access legal expertise and better serve their communities.
This year’s award winners reflect that impact: Procter & Gamble as Company of the Year; Liane Rousseau of Dinsmore as Law Firm Attorney of the Year; FBT Gibbons as Law Firm of the Year; Anna Greve of Taft as Rising Star; Kyle Grubbs of Kroger as Corporate Attorney of the Year; and Alan deVries of deVries Immigration Law for Excellence in Nonprofit Service.
Pro Bono Partnership of Ohio will recognize the honorees at its Volunteer & Donor Appreciation Celebration on April 21 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Fifth Third Bank in downtown Cincinnati.
Tickets for the event are available online.
