The Leadership Council for Nonprofits seeks session proposals for its 2026 Securing the Future conference, with submissions due July 6.
The annual conference, scheduled for Oct. 20, brings together nonprofit executives, board members, fundraisers, funders and community leaders for a full day of professional development and networking. This year’s conference will focus on strengthening nonprofit organizations through collaboration, knowledge sharing and mutual support. The keynote speaker is Jane Wei-Skillern, Ph.D.
For proposals, the Leadership Council is looking for interactive presentations on topics such as technology and artificial intelligence, workforce development, fundraising, governance, partnerships and other strategies that help nonprofits build sustainable organizations.
Selected presenters will lead 45- to 60-minute breakout sessions and receive complimentary conference registration. Proposals should emphasize practical learning and discussion rather than promoting products or services.
Additional details about proposals and the application are available on the Leadership Council website. Questions should go to bbenson@leadershipcouncil.us.
Movers & Makers is the media sponsor for the Securing the Future conference. The Leadership Council will share event updates online.
