Greater Cincinnati Foundation has named Dr. Donald C. Harrison as 2026 recipient of its Jacob E. Davis Volunteer Leadership Award, named for GCF’s first governing board chair and volunteer director. The award honors community champions who exemplify leadership, vision, creativity and generosity.
Waldbillig brings more than 20 years of higher education and workforce development leadership experience, with a track record of expanding access, strengthening programs, and building pathways that help students and communities thrive. She served for the last eight years as vice president of enrollment services and workforce development at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
