Designed as a one-stop resource hub, the Fairfield facility provides resume help, interview prep, skills training and direct connections to local employers. It also offers personalized career guidance to help individuals identify paths, build skills and develop employment strategies.
Through its Fair Chance Works, the nonprofit will help individuals overcome the unique challenges faced by those returning from incarceration.
Cincinnati-based nonprofit organization Partnership for Innovation in Education announced its receipt of $250,000 from Ohio Lt. Governor Jon Husted, director of the governor’s Office of Workforce Transformation, as one of 26 Industry Sector Partnerships throughout the state.
