The YMCA of Greater Cincinnati and 3CDC are hosting a series of free weekly workouts in beautiful Washington Park in Over-the-Rhine. The hour-long sessions will be led by professional YMCA instructors Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings.

Despite a time change, intermittent rain and a possible downtown visit from Donald Trump, the Heart Mini on March 13 drew its largest crowd ever, with a record-breaking 27,300 runners and walkers.
