Culture FIX: June 7-13

Art should be about helping you look at things through a different lens and this week’s events do that and more, so I need not say more. Go, see differently and thank me later.

Culture FIX: May 10-16

This week begins with a film about office work and ends with a talk about how finding a place to put your car at work shapes our lives. But there are many other options in between: scads of arts and crafts (indoor and out), music (Duke Ellington to Electro Swing to Mambo), more films (from small town Mass. to revolutionary India to a Filipina country singer), hip-hop poetry and soil-to-soil fashion. Culture FIX: Feb. 8-14

It’s so nice of the powers-that-be to insert pleasant distractions like the Super Bowl and Valentine’s Day into this month of middling temps and grey skies. No football on this list, but several nods to Cupid along the way. We at M&M certainly wish you a love-filled few days ahead.
