The announcement happened earlier this month during the opening reception for “New Woman,” the arts center’s biennial exhibition highlighting emerging women artists in the Greater Cincinnati region.
Now in its fifth year, the funding initiative supports artists working to “challenge audiences to envision a more equitable future through the lens of truth and innovation.”
The monthly Aspiring Artists program will connect guests with the talents, creativity and artistic processes of some of the city’s best artists.
To mark the completion of the pieces, the organizations will host a formal unveiling on Thursday, March 21, from 3 to 5 p.m.
