Hamilton County arts groups will receive nearly $4 million as part of the state agency’s $23.3 million funding round, with additional support awarded across Butler, Montgomery, Warren, Greene and Brown counties.
The gala, scheduled for Oct. 7 at Music Hall, will include performances by the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra, Cincinnati Ballet and Cincinnati Opera.
The 45 grant recipients represent a range of large, mid-size and small nonprofit organizations across the region. Grant sizes vary widely, typically ranging from $10,000 to over $1 million.

This year’s performances will run from Dec. 19 to 29 at Music Hall, with shows after Christmas for the first time in many years.
From Dec. 1 to 31, visitors can enjoy the story walk, and the lighting enhancements will remain in the park until February 2025.
