Culture FIX: Nov. 15-21

Do you like jazz? How about lights? There’s a lot of both this week. Not a bad thing. And Shakespeare is plentiful, if that’s your gig. The CSO performs an interesting operatic version of “Hamlet”, fully staged and designed by Paris’ famed Opéra Comique while Xavier stages “Twelfth Night.” Enjoy.

Culture FIX: Oct 11-17

Autumn is upon us. The stunning colors and the crisp air invite us to get out and enjoy the season leading up to a gorgeous Hunter’s moon at the end of the month. Outdoor fun is winding down, but there are a lot of warm and cozy things to do inside this week. The CSO has fired back up and there are some interesting movies on tap. And, there’s sauerkraut. Culture FIX: March 15-21

Beyond ceramics madness this week, there are other options a-plenty in music, theater, dance, comedy and Legos (yet another madness in its own). Fit these in and around Xavier and NKU b-ball games, or as a substitute if things get ugly – your choice!

Culture FIX: March 1-7

Quite the mix this week, with strong candidates across the arts spectrum. March is storming in like a lion. It will be difficult for you to decide, but I know you’re up to it. Time to get busy…
