Homefest home hosts JDRF Cocktails for a Cure

The inaugural JDRF Cocktails for a Cure raised nearly $15,000 for research into a cure for type 1 diabetes. The event included cocktails, light bites and a tour of the Fulton Manor in Lookout Farm, which was a featured property at this year’s Homefest in Crestview Hills, Kentucky.

Accelerate 2.0 Car Show to benefit JDRF

Last year, a group of JDRF supporters and car enthusiasts came together as a committee to launch Accelerate the Cure to Kick Type 1 Diabetes Car Show, which raised more than $111,000. The committee is at it again, planning the second exclusive car show, which this year will be dubbed Accelerate 2.0.
