Hundreds of runners – many wearing capes, masks and superhero logos – turned out in early August for the 20th Superhero Run for Kids.
Organized by the Cincinnati Bar Association Young Lawyers Section, the event included a 5K run and a family-friendly party downtown. The evening is the centerpiece of YLS’s community service efforts. All funds raised benefit ProKids, a nonprofit that mobilizes and trains volunteers to speak for the abused and neglected children and help the find safe, secure, permanent homes.
