The Covington-Cincinnati Suspension Bridge Committee has announced the winners of its annual “Focus on the Roebling” photo contest. The Roebling Bridge Photo Contest is intended to focus attention on the historic John A. Roebling Bridge and the nonprofit staffed by volunteers responsible for promoting the area’s icon and keeping the suspension bridge looking beautiful.
My investigation into the 1867 John A. Roebling Suspension Bridge, spanning the Ohio River between Cincinnati and Covington, began last January when a friend asked me to edit a novel.
