Talbert House, community partners and supporters celebrated the grand opening March 11 of Parkway Apartments, a 34-unit, LEED-certified multi-family housing prioritized for U.S. military veterans.
The housing is in the Clifton Heights, University Heights and Fairview neighborhood.
With this project, Fifth Third Community Development Corp. celebrates a milestone of $500 million in affordable housing equity investment with Ohio Capital Corp. for Housing.
