Elderly get a helping hand during PWC’s Repair Affair

More than 400 volunteers completed over 65 projects during People Working Cooperatively’s annual Repair Affair.

The volunteers provided repairs needed to keep the homes of low-income, elderly and homeowners with disabilities safe. They included making driveway repairs, building new steps, pouring new concrete sidewalks and installing ramps.

PWC has several opportunities to volunteer throughout the year, including Home Improvement Saturdays, field service volunteers and team volunteering.
