The Baker Hunt Art & Cultural Center will host an information session for students and parents curious about the Kentucky Governor’s School for the Arts.
The Kentucky Center Governor’s School for the Arts is a three-week summer program for talented high school sophomores and juniors (rising juniors and seniors). The program currently offers nine artistic disciplines: architecture and design, creative writing, dance, drama, instrumental music, musical theatre, new media, visual art and vocal music.
Attendees can sign up during the informational session for a portfolio prep session and learn how to prepare a GSA portfolio with professional arts educators.
